Great service and professionalism from master boot fitter Adam. Super knowledgeable and detail oriented. He helped both myself and my adult son with new ski boots, custom liners and footbeds. Highly recommend Adam and his team.

Good selection, friendly service

Recently I purchased some new skis from the Mississauga Skis and Bikes location. The order was placed and the skis were shipped for pick up. I went to the location, the skis were there and ready for me to pick up. I also took them to the service department so the bindings could be mounted.

After I got home another ski retail store posted their “summer sale”. I checked to see if the ski I purchased was included in the sale, it was. I took a screenshot of the product and emailed Skis and Bikes to alert them and asked for a price match.

I received an email back indicating that the price match couldn’t be honored as the other retailer didn’t have stock. When I took the screen shot, there was stock.

After a few emails the staff at Skis and Bikes honored the “match policy”.

The staff in the customer service/on line sales department were always polite, professional and explained the rationale to me. I was dealing with Alexis and the responses were prompt/polite/professional and courteous. She went above and beyond to contact senior staff for direction and communicated this along the way, I thought customer service was no longer, but I was wrong as Alexis is an example of great customer service.

Thank you Alexis and team for resolving this issue for me, honoring the “price match” policy and providing excellent customer service!!
