The customer service from the staff at this location is unmatched. I had a some questions about a goggle promotion and called into the store. I spoke to Amanda who patiently heard me out and helped address my concerns. I went into the store later that week, and every employee that I spoke to was kind and helped me get what I needed. This made my shopping experience smooth and quick. Special kudos to this team!

I went to buy a new pair of ski boots, and Adam assisted me throughout the entire process. From selecting the right boots to heat-molding the shell according to my foot shape, every step demonstrated his professionalism, and he clearly explained the reasons behind each decision. In the end, I walked out with a pair of ski boots that fit perfectly. I had such great services at the store today. Picked up my online order for ski boots and Matthew helped me try them on. He was very patient and explained how to properly put on the boots. It was a very pleasant fitting experience. Bill helped us with skis and he was very knowledgeable and patiently answered our billion questions and gave us his very honest opinions. I did not feel rushed even if we stayed 15 mins past their closing time. I will definitely return to this location in the future.
